In person, you have the benefit of a beautiful private treatment room where I specialise in my own unique blend of ‘face tapping’ techniques focussing not only on your emotional health and energy but on the cellular stress that leads to inflammation and facial ageing. It’s a deeply healing, relaxing yet energising experience and it will feel like you are being seen and heard in a new way. You keep all your clothes on (and your make up!) and you’ll be lying down with eyes closed.

A deeply calming yet emotionally energising treatment proven to ease overwhelm and promote a radiant glow within. This evidence-based 'skin and emotional health' treatment stimulates 'stuck' energy points, which are situated on the face, neck and collarbones -  like acupuncture or acupressure without the needles. After an initial consultation, Poppy will create a bespoke treatment based on your own inner energy blocks, releasing and rewiring deep stress and limiting beliefs that can lead to inflammation, and ultimately, aging of the skin. 

Your session is unique to you once I’ve read your energy and discovered your goals - and designed to shift emotional, energetic and cellular blocks, creating a warm, energising glow that comes from within and lasts.

I also have some spaces within a virtual clinic on Thursdays, where I specialise in rapid energy alignment using EFT, Rapid Tapping, NLP and IET Techniques. Whilst these therapies are useful for releasing deep trauma, my specialism is with the rapid release of limiting beliefs and cellular stress, in order for you to manifest your most desired wellbeing, work and business goals effectively - and with self-belief.
