  • ‘Tapping’ is a clinically proven form of Energy Work similar to acupuncture (but we swap needles for cognitive psychology). By using your fingertips and physically ‘tapping’ specific acupressure-based points, mostly on the face but also the body, it alleviates stress, boosts confidence, and enhances focus.

  • Developed with creativity and neuroscience experts, this evidence-based daily practise infuses evidence based traditional acupressure ‘tapping’ techniques with modern neuroscience for instant shutdown of stress in seconds - and long-lasting transformation. Used daily it has the power to transform mental and emotional wellbeing levels.

    By intentionally targeting energy points and using specific wording and affirmations, RAPID TAPPING® harmonises the mind-body connection to positively shift your mindset, relax the body, regulate your nervous system and even enhance skin radiance.

  • Meridian System Activation

    RAPID TAPPING® is mindful of principles from acupuncture and involves tapping on specific meridian points or 'energy points' to balance the body’s energy system. Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is believed to release blockages in these meridians, promoting smoother energy flow and reducing emotional or physical symptoms of imbalance (such as fatigue, stress, or tension).

    Scientific studies have shown that Tapping can significantly lower cortisol levels—the body’s primary stress hormone.
